In an address made by Professor Ishaq Oloyede, at the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) in Abuja, he made it known that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has decided to cancel the use of scratch cards for all its examinations and as such provide an opportunity for more students to participate in the examinations and also ease the application process into higher institutions of learning in the country.
